Totally wireless sensors, do not require electrical installation or any type of wiring. Using laser technology, the sensors are programmed to take readings every 2 hours of the product that remains in the silos. These readings are sent to the cloud where they are verified and treated with our cubing algorithms. Finally, through the DIGITPLAN web application you can check the volume remaining in the silos, configure minimum alarms and modify the densities of the products.
The precision of the reading is +/- 1mm, but during the cubing process the error percentage could be up to 5% depending on the type of product stored. On granulated products the precision is higher than in flour, since the product drops uniformly.
The communications of the sensors with the cloud are through the SIGFOX internet network, it does not require an Internet connection.
