Fully wireless sensors, do not require electrical installation or any type of wiring. Using laser technology, the sensors are programmed to take readings every 2 hours of the product that remains in the silos. These readings are sent to the cloud where they are verified and treated with our cubing algorithms. Finally, through the DIGITPLAN web application, the volume remaining in the silos can be consulted, minimum alarms configured and the densities of the products modified.
The precision of the reading is +/- 1mm, although in the cubing the error percentage could be up to 5% depending on the type of product stored. In granulated product, the precision is higher than in flour, since the product drop uniformly.
The communications of the sensors are through a MASTER equipment that acts as a gateway between the sensors and the cloud. It is essential that the installation has Internet.
