Totally wireless sensors, do not require electrical installation or any type of wiring. Using laser technology, the sensors are programmed to take readings every 2 hours of the product that remains in the silos. These readings are sent to the cloud where they are verified and treated with our cubing algorithms. Finally, through the DIGITPLAN web application you can check the volume remaining in the silos, configure minimum alarms and modify the densities of the products if you wish.
The precision of the reading is +/- 1mm, but finally in the cubing the error percentage could be up to 5% depending on the type of product stored. In granulated products the precision is higher than in flour, since the product drops uniformly.
The communications of the sensors are through a MASTER device that acts as a gateway between the sensors and the cloud. It is essential that the installation has Internet.
